As a bartender (actually, as our Best Bartender), Tiffany Houser hears her share of stories from her customers. So, we asked the Victoria’s bartender to tell us some things ... Like her favorite thing about bartending. And the three celebs she’d like to make a drink for, and have a drink with ...

“The top reason I love bartending, without a question, is that I love people. I love discovering new personalities, and I get plenty of that with the diverseness that Rochester and the Mayo Clinic bring in. I also like to see how different personalities take my own. I believe my job as a bartender is to make people smile and enjoy themselves, so I can be kind of silly or off the wall at times. And that’s where my patrons come in. I would be nothing without them, they are the ones who make me laugh, feel special, and love my job that much more.”

As for those three celebrities ...
“One person I would honestly really want to have a drink with, chat and be silly with would be Cameron Diaz. I just think she is a real person, down to earth, and completely silly. I would make her a Silly Surfer Shot. It just fits.

Another person would be Bob Marley. Just to clarify, this would be in Jamaica on the beach and he would be jammin’ his reggae music, while I am laying there taking in all the sun. I would make him a Jamaican Green Sunrise because he wasn’t much of a drinker so this is kind of fruity and he really liked the color green.

I could never leave out Johnny Depp. I would make him a Sex On The Beach ... Need I say more?”
