Rochester Toyota

An “acknowledgment of the customer as the most valuable commodity” is the driving factor behind
Rochester Toyota’s waiting area design, according to Sales Manager Nels Pierson.
And what they have come up with, Pierson says, is the “best looking, most comfortable, most accommodating” waiting area of the several dealerships he has worked for.
The waiting area is a modern-styled café complete with a bar and barstools as well as tables and chairs. The bar overlooks a flat screen television. There is a fireplace for the cold days ahead.
The cappuccino machine has returned, but Pierson said the slurpy machine that had replaced it for awhile may return next summer. The cappuccino machine brews a ‘Caramel Steamer’ that rivals the selection of your local coffee house. If cooler beverages are your thing, there is pop as well as bottled water.
