Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser Cream. Many years ago, with the pregnancy of my first child, my doctor recommended Albolene Cream to soothe any discomfort… with my skin during this growing period. He also suggested it was an inexpensive product that is highly effective as a daily, all-over-the body cream. I have used Albolene every day since and I am thankful to have been introduced to this wonderful product. Available at Hunt Drug.

Covergirl Lipstick in plum shades with moisturizing companion tube. I have worn this product for approximately ten years. I like it best because it is long lasting and doesn’t leave those abhorrent stains on the napkins and coffee cups! I come from a family of “huggers” and it also doesn’t leave stains on skin or clothing. Available at a variety of drugstores and other major retailers.

Zen Shiseido Eau de Cologne. Zen Shiseido has been my favorite fragrance for decades. Once I tried a new perfume and my son told me I didn’t “smell the same” and that I was using the same product as his girlfriend! I have never tried another fragrance since then. Available at a variety of online retailers.

OPI nail polish.
I generally purchase the beige or natural shades, which I find most comfortable for me. I have never felt like I should wear a glaring red polish or any of the newer shades available today—from black to blue and greens! Available at a variety of nail salons and drugstores.

Heart necklace. My husband, Llewellyn (Lew), purchased this diamond heart necklace for me many years ago. I wear it daily as a symbol of our devoted friendship, the respect that we have for each other, and the fruitful life we have shared together. …When I am deep in thought, I often touch the necklace which assures me that through perseverance, faith and staying true to myself and to my family, even in the difficult times, everything will be OK.
